How do I return an item?

If a customer receives product that is faulty or damaged, the customer will inform ChemGuys by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the faulty or damaged product. The customer will be offered 2 choices, a full refund or a replacement product if available including the cost of shipping the product to the customer. If the customer does not inform ChemGuys within 7 days of receiving the product they will have been deemed to have accepted the products and cannot exercise a return. This is the back to factory guarantee offered by ChemGuys for faulty or damaged product.

If a customer receives an order and decides they no longer require the product/s they have 3 days within receiving the product that they can exercise a 'return' option. The customer must inform ChemGuys by email of the intent to return all or some of of the product contained within the order. The customer will pay for the shipping/postage required to return the product, which must be unused and in good condition. When ChemGuys receives the product which must be within 14 days of receiving the order, ChemGuys will refund the full value of the product as paid for by the customer.
